Lodge Owners Advised to Put Polythene Sheets on the Beds
The community liaison officer in northern Uganda, Apollo Oketa, has instructed businessmen who own lodges to immediately buy polythene sheets and put them on the mattresses in their lodge rooms.
In a media interview, Oketa said that he decided to make such a directive following many cases reported to police and local leaders about people over wetting mattresses while playing sex using kachabali style.
Oketa said that in the last few months dozens of Rwandan sex workers flocked to the towns of northern Uganda and men got much excited about it.
He said that most men want to test kachabali and in the process the Rwandan sex workers eject a lot of sex fluids leading to the mattresses becoming extremely wet.
Consequently lodge owners force the men who would have booked the rooms to pay fines because it would take several days for the mattresses to dry up after being washed.
One of the lodges’ manager, Felix Okello said that he has faced a lot of challenges recently because of the Rwandan sex workers .He said that most men want to fuck them and the only place to do so is in the lodges. He said that the fluids ejected by the Rwandan sex workers can go through a six inch mattress, and flows up to the floor. He wondered where that fluids come from.
He said he is to take the liaison officer’s advice seriously and he is going to buy the polythene sheet as soon as possible.
