Anglican Priest Defiles Four Underage Girls

The territorial police in Uganda’s central district of Kiboga are holding an Anglican priest suspect on allegations of aggravated defilement and rape .

The incidents happened between the months of October and November 2024 at Bamusuta Vocational institute located in Bamusuta cell,Kiboga town council Kiboga district.

Police said in a statement that they were informed about the incidents on 10th November 2024 at 1800hrs.
The 4( four) victims are all females aged between 16years and 18years old.

The suspect has been identified as Reverend Luyimbazi George William of all saints Church Kiboga and principal of Bamusuta Vocational institute – Kiboga.

Preliminary findings indicate that the suspect allegedly defiled the victims at different intervals from his residence at Church (all saints Church Kiboga) and at school (Bamusuta vocational Institute Kiboga)

The victims have been medically examined and it has been established one victim is pregnant.

The suspect was rescued by police after having been surrounded by an angry mob of parents and is currently being held at Kiboga police station.

Investigations are still underway.
